Fruits are both delicious and nutritious. They can reduce the risk of death almost by 42 percent. So, it is important to develop the habit of eating fruits to try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, grapefruits are especially good for maintaining a healthy heart. Fruits also have less calories than other food groups, and more fiber. Fruits also have important vitamins and minerals. Fruits can also help avoid diseases such as cancer, diabetes, etc. Fruits help maintain our cells healthy in order to have strong bodies.
